Saturday Night Church!!?

Together with the eldership team we have decided to move our main service to a Saturday night.

I am really excited about this and I believe that it will have the following significant benefits:

» It is more relevant for un-churched people.
» In the language of our culture, Saturday night is prime time. Having church on Saturday night indicates that this is the highlight of our week.
» It allows Sunday to be a full day of rest – keeping the Sabbath. In our “busy” culture this is valuable.
» We can socialise till much later on a Saturday night, and will be able to facilitate our original vision for V-Café, having bands/musicians performing afterwards.
We are launching into this from Saturday 3 April with a Passover Meal. See you there at 6.30!
